Unconventional Set -AES 3 x 4 Big Catch

Unconventional Set -AES 3 x 4 Big Catch - 05/22/12 11:11 AM

I had a very hard to set Pine squirrel hole located in between corner trim and a brick chimney in the soffit.
The only thing that I had that might fit was an AES 3 x 4 x 18" Gutter trap by setting it vertically over the hole.

Two hours later the Call came from a Very excited Client... I did two more jobs and went back to see the results.
4 Pine Squirrels in 1 Trap... Needless to say both the client and I were happy!

Lundy and Ryan... Since I am using LT's pricing model on this job it really was nice $$$ this time.

Plus I have a couple new Idea's for trap designs, With all the wierd angles and crevices... I think this house was built by a drunken Irishman... LOL!

Pesky, I can tell Scott whatever I want to. You see i met him when LT was training him. He lives about thirty miles away, so he's my neighbor, and he know's I'm full of [Please excuse my language... I'm an idiot], so he doen't care what I say. I haven't talked with him for a while so that was kind of a way to say "Hey". Plus get a little dig in.
By the way Scott, I got some 8 oz bottles of Epoleon N-100, and I'm going North on Friday. I'll trade you per your PM. You'll have to research the mix ratio to water. Get a small spray bottle and adjust it to mist. Add odor removal to your service list. Anyone reading this can do the same. PM Scott or LT for a story on how good this stuff works. Or put your PM in a black hole and send it to me. Be forewarned, I'm slow to respond. Leave a message on my phone Scott. I think I have a bug job in PC and will stop by your house on my way to ML area.

I don't know Ryan, the 3x4x18 I uses caught 6 in 2 checks... if they were out when you set it who knows then.... Maybe another hole that you're just missing.??? Keep Trying!

I dont know what happened . I all most think they were out when I did the setup . I seen two in a tree next to the house both were young . I was shocked to find the traps empty . Got 6 traps on the house now . The pressure is on because the last company falled at this job
It was not a good day for me anyway . It started out it took me 4 hours to find medal ridge vent . I needed ten black . I finally found a place that had 28 . But forgot the 2+6 for the roof jacks . Oh well atleast the job is a go in the mourning . I did get a nice harness and plan to start using it . I'm thinking in some spots it should help the job go faster . The back of this is on a walk out basement so it's up there . I didn't catch my coyote . Both lights on my truck burned out , ect just about every single thing today went the wrong way . Could be all the day dreaming I'm doing about this weekends fishing trip

Ryan, I first said "I think this house was built by a drunken Irishman... LOL!" ... then Paul Said "One of my best friends is an Irishman. Is there any other kind?" ...

The whole thread about the set went south from there... Ha
laugh crazy

Maybeeeeeee you'll find the missing entry/exit on the back side of that house using your New Harness.
