Half of the squirrel jobs I've done in the past two years are for real estate agents when a foreclosure goes back on the market.
Is that what you're talking about?
I get the drift Phil. How does that work. The bank hires a regular realitor to resell it?

I do some for banks, Phil, and also clean up the mess that they make so it can be resold...
Talk to some of us that actually do this stuff for a living !

Bank sends someone to check out the place to see if it has been trashed by squatters. We get calls when non-humans are the squatters.
