Is 25.00 too much for a #2 Sargent longspring? It is fully legible and has two holes in the pan.

Pictures would help. Is it a cast pan with bolted jaws and what type of chain or is it a riveted pan with hookin jaws or is it a square pan? AgAin pictures would help.
