Mini South Dakota Swap Meet - 03/20/20 03:11 PM

We had a "mini meet" yesterday to take the edge off the Sidney depression syndrome I am currently experiencing. Not as BIG as the MN meet but we sure had fun visiting.
Very nice original Victor advertising. Sorry I was not more steady.

This was in my opinion the coolest item there.

I sure do appreciate the invite, Put me on the list.
I think "small" trap collector get togethers might be the norm this year.
If we have another up this way, I'll be sure to inform you guys too...... And bring that great photographer...

Funny thing about that swap meet some traps followed me home. Trap on the left is a solid pan Oneida #4 with teeth.

Good pics Pete, and you got some cool traps there.
That #1/12 D victor is interesting. I think they used Gibbs oval pans on the early ones...

Yes that round pan Victor 1 1/2D is cool and the best part is it`s new. Thanks Cohunt! Good eyes Dale! You picked that one right out.

The picture of that mj 800 Sterling is one of the first 150 made with a more rectangle pan with the corners rounded off. From then on they are a round pan.

Pete, that picture sure brings back some good memories... Trapping muskrats was always a fun time for me but these rat prices from 2013 made it a lot funner...
