I have a trap that the pan says woods 2 1/2. It's a single long spring and I can't find any info on the Web about it, has anyone seen these before?

Usually (if not always) the NORTH is printed upward on the pan and WOODS is across. Very strong longsprings. Unless it is excellent condition for a collector it would be a good user trap.

The NORTH WOODS as an upside down L would be the stamping on the newer Northwoods. The first models had the word NORTHWOODS in an arc near the top of the pan.
