any value on chain setup

My neighbor had found this trap chain setup years ago while hunting. He gave it to me last night.
This is a beefy setup which I'm thinking was used on a bear trap, can't find any info on the Cleveland Electra swivel.

It may have some value but it is not a trap chain. It is a trace chain from a horse harness, used to hook up to a wagon or implement.
