I call them FINGER SMASHERS...But I think the real name is Trapmaster. I may be wrong but I remember them being advertised as having a "three piece design"..

your right about the name, they also made a DP trap,
but according to some of the product testers the spelling
of the brand of the trap is incorrect.

beaver and coon size are harder to find. The one with the wire is probably one of the first ones. That wire was to be used as a stabilizer. I bought a dozen of them to try in the beginning but they were to hard to stabilize and they kept springing in the light current of the stream I was trapping.

Didn't Bob Best have line traps like these. I remb trapmaster having 110 size but never seen them advertised. Or was the best traps circles instead of square?
