Anyone seen one like this

This is one of many traps that my father had hanging on the wall of his gun shop. The others I have found what they are but this one seems to be an odd ball. I was wondering of a value to put on it and if any information I could find out about it.

I would GUESS that it is shop made. The jaw posts and possibly the jaws appear to be Newhouse style but the rest looks "shop made" to me.
