What can anyone tell me about this trap? it says on the pan: MacKenzie 1886 Fabrique 1886 HBC NO 15 Abrque Co Limited 3239. who made it, how old it might be, value or any other info. thanks for your help.

Made by Jim Rivers,mid 1983.there was 3 made in 1985 of this model with brass jaws.About 5000 made.Jim Rivers Supplies put out I believe five different models.Price around two to three hundred pending condition.I got mine off craigslist for two hundred shipped still in new condition.

I think production stopped in 2000 for the model you are referring to.
