Kangaroo Trap question - 12/21/14 04:36 PM

I just acquired two kangaroo traps.....they are #2 or #3 in size.....one is square jaw, one is round jaw, but the bases look about the same. Did they come in both jaw styles?

Secondly, they have "strap on" teeth on one side....was this a factory choice or did someone simply attach those teeth you used to be able to purchase for attachment to traps without teeth?

The clamp on teeth were added. I would like to see a photo of the round jaw coil spring Kangaroo, Do not think I have seen that trap.

The round jaw sound like an Easy Set.

The big Easy Sets are square jaws, might be a 2 size but that would not be marked kangaroo.

Looking at it closer, it looks like someone pounded the squareness out of the round jaw one, meaning I think it started as a sq jaw but ended up round.
