Nobody ever told me that one. Is the stamp at the ring, at the base, in the middle? Have
you seen others? I like the Hawley, not very many good pans.

My trap is stored away so I don't recall what link the stamping was on, but I think it was on the 6th link from the swivel. I had two Harley Norton traps and a friend had a #2 Newhouse with the stamping on the chain. I check every #2 I find and even #1 and 1 1/2 traps, but these are the only ones I have found. Greg
