Trying to figure out canines is like trying to figure out women. Just when you think you got it figured out bam... every thing you thought you knew goes out the window. Both are constant learning experiences. Nice video Wolfdog

Yep, game cameras reveal a lot about how critters work a set. The wind here will mostly be out of the south but the terrain and the vegetation can make it do things that will have you scratching your head. Get some milkweed down and let it go there when you think the wind is blowing down that 2 track, I use it deer hunting and it will show you exactly where your scent is going

Like I tell all the people I mentor/coach that the coyote or fox will tell you exactly how to catch them and why but we have to listen. The problem is human nature makes us want to tell the coyote or fox how we want them to be caught! Cameras and snow shout at us and don't lie!

Great video. Confirms what I’ve seen as well…even with bobcats. I’m experimenting with a new dirt hole set this year and it’s working. It’s about as unorthodox as you could imagine, but it works.

Good video wolf. You need to get Lazarus's book and video on grey fox. It is an eye opener. If you cannot find those, Tracey Truman has some good informational products.
