TrapperE if you want awnsers I recommend using the trap talk form. you should get some good knowledge there. not many people go on here sadly.

30-06 not many people come ---because you are now sending them away. Many from trap talk do,look in here to see what the younger trappers are doing. To get more new trappers involved--get to posting here,
TrapperE--What are you using the wire for?? staking for rabbits or squirrels?? I have never used copper or brass wire for any trapping I have done in 60 years.

i want to make snares with the wire and probably staking them with the same wire too

Steel picture frame wire from the hardware store or Walmart works well.
