I bought one at Elwood Epps ,Orillia, Ontario 308, Not cheap if I remember right. I Think , if you fiddle with it , You can get the spring out, to clean it.

Good luck with that cheap doesn’t come into the picture when dealing with model 100 mags if you can find one less the 75 or so your doing good and it probably not in to good a shape

If the mags you have are rusted try soaking them in something like evapo rust it will take the bluing off as well but they will be rust free and easier to disassemble then you can clean and cold blue afterwards

Be glad it not a savage 99c the mag for them starts at a 100 if your lucky, I lucked out last year and found two at a gun show where the guy was selling a bunch of personal items and got them for 50 each

If you want to get the rifle functioning, I suspect you are going to have to bite the bullet and pony up the cash. Those magazines are getting more expensive and harder to find everyday.

I found one on Ebay for 70
https://www.ebay.com/itm/305061483720?itmmeta=01HWRY144YNMZP6SAHFTZ66XWA&hash=item470714d4c8:g:mVwAAOSwqUZkmJP~&amdata=enc%3AAQAJAAAA4JEQ27cOLh2IceFXUy0QtKwIPdkyYvM1BXxx%2FFhJ38X%2FoL6I%2BTvTVJMUcOqCtw8v871qL%2BuPI8OfaltGhQWzyVs4J1HR%2F5HSRiNG4yN%2BnbdX8lye04dq4XBqbjc%2FXLZlTyMO9%2Bfmj%2BmPDjCo0Q9sc8p314sfbkMPpD8dAXVc27gI0BsNZqF083elY%2F4BXBb8kWFIzQaIBbJ13rJxfk6zZJdAsOfkQwXvTg5vyfObGcdK64KIG%2BnfWSi5OC7mSx%2FUjOVuwhpTwciZ7%2FP0poYFOFsMfjKKN6d9L%2FFhwrHzXEEM%7Ctkp%3ABFBMxsKEnuZj
which if it made your grandpas gun work wouldn't bee too bad

or
if you have spring tension and they work
steel wool and oil to get it cleaned up , you can then do a de-grease and cold blue if it works
