For those that use the bike for turkey hunting how are they in the mud. I have miles and miles of what we call fire ditches which is just lanes pushed around the edge of pine plantations. Some will have soft mud and some water in them, (no gravel) just dirt in these lanes. Will the bikes handle this

Dirt no clay. A lot of mud about 4 inches deep before you hit harder ground

If it's mud that'll bog up over your boots when walking thru it.....the ebike will go thru a few yards of that with or without pedal assist, but several yards of that will be a no-go. I get off and walk the bike thru stretches of that.

Very shallow water (a few inches deep) is OK too, but not deep water.....that comes up to the lower part of battery compartment is not recommended.

Basically, if you can walk across or thru it quickly...the fat tire quality ebikes will go right thru it too.
