How many pounds did you do and what kind of a smoker do you have.iam assuming homemade if it is do you care to share the material/instructions to build it.

Smoked 200lbs of venison and pork. Yes homemade smoker I'll get sizes and pictures when I go back to pull the summer sausage out this evening.
