What is this called ?

I need to replace this on my Bass Tacker boat.
I'm sure its not original equipment
All of my aux electric items wired thru this.
Where can I find one ?
Or maybe a fused panel system to replace ?

I would call it a circuit board and start searching with those words. If you can't find one I'll bet there are several options out there with breakers and fuses.

Looks like it used to be a fuse block. The last one I put in my boat I just ordered from Amazon. You can probably get one from most auto parts stores too. Car guys use them for all those add on lights, boom boom bass amps, cb/ham radios and what not. Pretty common to run all of your boat accessories, lights, radios, depth finder, through a fuse block like that.
