That is so precious watching those little ones make their way out while mother waits patiently for all of them.

Our sportsman club builds wood duck houses. We tack a wide piece of hardware cloth on the inside of the box to make easy for the ducklings to climb out. It looks like there was something like that inside this box.

I've watched that several times before. Always brings a smile to my face.

The mothers seemed to be able to count also.
