Analog reloading load computer - 02/23/24 11:57 PM

Had a nice fella from from here send me this last week and figured I'd share. Think it's pretty dang cool though I'm not 100% on how I'd go about using it. Kinda wanna frame it. Anyhow anyone use one of these before?

In another time, in another world, it was called, a slide rule. Great thing about them, replace the slide and a new app could be down loaded instantly.

I have one of those somewhere, never did figure out how to use it for sure.

I was in the last engineering freshman class where I attended college that had slide rule as a required course. That was the fall of 1972. Calculators had come on the scene and slide rules were being replaced. Very lucky timing for me. I sucked with a slide rule and don't think I would have gotten an engineering degree without the calculator. I do still have my Post Versalog slide rule around somewhere.
