11 year old Audrii still missing

The suspect is in jail but wont reveal the location of her body. He has been in prison multiple times and twice for Indecency with a child and Enticing a child. I just read the affidavits for both of those convictions. How he was ever allowed into the Aryan Brotherhood sect prison gang is beyond me. They typically dont go for that crap. Now he is in jail facing a Capital Murder charge and I suppose time will tell if he put her in the Trinity River. Right now, water and ambient air temps it takes about 3 weeks for a body to float. They have every Sonar equipped boat and tons of volunteers on hand dragging the river and conducting land searches. All the while this reprobate sits in our jail just playing games. We need to find her body. I am not foolish enough to remotely believe she is still alive, in 34 years of investigating these things, I know the odds of her being alive somewhere. It has been 7 days now.

Just came across the news. That precious child has been found dead. Not many facts are being given but the indication is she was found in the river.

When a predator kidnaps a child, I believe it should be legal to torture them to get the whereabouts of the child from them. There's been a fair number of cases where the kidnapper is arrested and the child, who is living at the time of the arrest, dies before being found, because the predator won't cooperate.

If the article I read was correct. The girl residents included her dad and grandmother. So dad and daughter live at grandmas house would be my guess. Pedo murderer lived in a camper out back.

Now I haven't seen where it's said dad and grandmother knew of pedophile history or anything that has said that they didn't.

There is always the negative first response that a grown man still living at home brings up of dead beat playing video games and in the basement. Yet he could also be there helping his mom due to health issues or her helping him with living arrangements and child care being he appears to be a single dad. Grandma may infact be on hard times living with her son. They may not have know about pedo history.

What kind of justice system gives less time to sex criminals than it does drug addicts? Why are sex crimes not capital offenses? Even other criminals detest them. Danny Masterson just got moved to minimum security from maximum. He was being escorted to chow by two guard's. The prisoners ignored the guards and still went upside his head. Why isn't he on death row? Why in the world would he be rewarded by incarceration in minimum? Why is Bill Crosby a free man? Justice? What a joke.

I learned of her recovery not long after posting this yesterday. I had been up several nights in a row without sleep, so when they found her and I confirmed it, I went to bed. The grandmother had full custody of the child. She is the one that was allowing the turd to live on the property in that travel trailer. She can be charged with a much lesser included offense that is in the criminally negligent culpability arena. The biological sperm donor is rarely ever on location due to working on offshore oil rigs.
