I don't claim to be very dang smart, but I did see at the top of the page where it reads***NO POLITICS. In all caps.

I generally try to be pretty unbiased and keep personal feeling out of it,when I comes to political posts. See one ,kill it regardless of who posted it.that b ing said I do let some ride a bit just so people can get it out of there systems for a bit. That being said though it's not hard to know which posts will turn into wizzing matches and crap shoots quicker so

I'll bet if we had a page dedicated for political threads, those guys who say they don't like political posts would still be lurking on there.

Trapper talk seems like it's kinda for trappers talking about whatever.....trapping and non- trapping

If someone would start a Political Forum, folks would probably get on it and only post about trapping.

I would say you are right on the money with that.
Pretty sure this coming election could very well end political expression.
The light at the end of the tunnel fades quickly.

We tried that in the past. It was a disaster.

What would happen is people won't be able to keep it in that form. Somone gonna get butt hurt and come to the other forums to make a big announcement about someone else . Happens about once a week's on most other forums that have a "pit" or political sub forum

Anything political usually does.

One thing you'll learn is that doesn't happen here.

If it's something you posted the only way you'll know is when you go to log in again and can't.

You may get a warning if it's something that is borderline.


Often it isn't the original post that gets a thread deleted. It's what it devolved into.
