My first sourdough pizza ...came out pretty awesome.

We made homemade pizza for the first time ever Friday! It just happened to be national pizza day too, lol.

Ours came out good for our first go, hope yours is good!

The wife picked up a charcoal fired pizza oven on Friday for half price at China mart.


I burned it off yesterday and gonna do a trial run today

My wife made the dough, so I can't help there but it came out good. The only thing we might change next time is make the dough thinner.

We made some homemade Extra Shahp Cheddah cheese spread. Gonna add some stuff like horseradish, bacon, etc. in the future. It came out excellent!

We also prepared some Little Smokies rolled in bacon, secured with a toothpick, then covered in brown sugar and in the oven for about 1/2 hour.

All kinds of chips and Dill Dip.

And of course some ice cold Beck's Beah in the fridge.

I am such a Heathen.....

Im having Venison Baby Back Ribs, Armadillo eggs 3 different dips 4 different types of Chips Veggies Sloppy Joes Moonshine Beer chasers and the wife is having White wine and I might spike it with shine.

Supper will be the last of the venison chili from my last batch. Saved some cold smoked old German style venison sausage for today and will put that on several sourdough, but mostly some homemade lefse that will also have other homemade items such as pickles, kraut etc.
