NRA and Rittenhouse - 02/10/24 03:03 PM
So saw a bit if the interview with Carlson and Kyle Rittenhouse and apparently the NRA wouldn't touch his case according to him ... Any reason why exactly? And no this isn't a NRA bashing post ( if you like the NRA cool great don't really care ) I'm legit curious . Tried looking it up hopefully for a quote or something and all I get is a bunch of really left leaning news posts

IMO they were worried he would lose. Instead of standing beside him they just stepped aside. Afraid of the press.
If he was a life member they HAVE to support him. They paid for my lawyer when I shot the leftist libturd that tried to burn my Barn full of horses down because it had a Trump flag on the side. I never even cot charged when he was involved. He went with me to the State Police Barracks for my questioning and only allowed me to answer certain questions especially when they tried to twist it that my Trump Flag lured him in.

Very interesting. Would you mind starting a new thread and telling us about this event? It sounds like something we could all glean some knowledge from. Thanks!

NRA is run by self serving individuals that are motivated by money. They decided there was too much to risk than gain.

Lets not forget what Kyle got himself into. He went to a riot / looting / burn down a bunch of buildings party, and got himself into a situation where he had to shoot a few rioters to get out alive. He didn't go to join the riots, but to protect property threatened by the riots. Mood at the time was let it burn. As such, he was on the wrong side of official public policy at the time.
My take is NRA picks and chooses it's fights and on the balance, that one kid was not worth it to them compared to the negative press they would have gotten. But to the contrary, that one kid would have been everything to them had they chose to help him.
And the kicker is........one kid taking out a couple rioters pretty much shut down the whole thing. That stuff all died down after that. Knowing a guy could get himself plugged takes the fun out of it entirely. What should have happened on day 1.......and not just by one kid.

Willdo this evening when the Grandkids are off to bed. It was not that big a Deal in WV since he was armed and had Gasoline poured all over my Barn.
Would the GOA defend Kyle?

FWIW I saw him first mention this story over a year ago.
I don't know the why that the NRA didn't represent him.
Was he a member?
Might have something to do with it.
I don't know much about the NRA anymore, I haven't gotten a magazine in years.
Been a Life Member since the 1970's .
There's a lot going on in our lives right now , we need to get our acts together , because it's looking more and more like a socialist communist takeover.
You , at least most of you don't realize the rights that we've already lost.
Little by little over the last 50 years we've lost more and more small rights.
Now they don't even try to hide taking away more rights.

Great explanation here,I like it!

Not only did he stop it but the idiots he shot were BOTH Convicted Felons and the one who lost his arm was a convicted Pedophile and Felon yet the Prosecuting attorney never TOUCHED that one.

Maybe some people do not lay down for POS. Some of us stand up for our rights. I was taught to ALWAYS do it.

They don't have to do anything. There's even another gun insurance agency that won't take cases if they are losers. I won't say the name.

Just from a quick look at their website, NRA has a board that chooses which cases it will take after all your paperwork is submitted by your attorney.
