Maine or bust

This has got to rank right up there as it relates to worst experiences of my life. I came down to Charlotte to visit my daughter for a few days and things went fine until it was time to leave. I've been five, maybe six days sitting in airports waiting for flights only to have them canceled at the last minute. I've honestly lost track of the days.

I believe nothing the airlines tell me now. My sense of humor is gone...one more canceled flight and I'm going to create a scene.

Hang in there. Sorry you’re having such problems getting home. I’d have myself screwed in the ground on day one if it was me.

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles comes to mind. The Car rental place. Lol

You've been stuck at an airport for 6 DAYS?

In and out of airports. Charlotte to DC, back to Charlotte, Charlotte to Laguardia. Hopefully I'll catch a flight out of here tonight at 10:00. I'm not overly optimistic based on the past few days. It's become a blur.

I was number 9 on a "standby" flight. Didn't make the cut. The next flight was a 737. I'll bet there weren't forty people on it. This is the craziest thing I've ever experienced travel-wise.

Expecting up to 3" snow tonight and tomorrow with teens at night, You're not going anywhere....

This is how it's been all the way through, just different airports. Changes have lead to cancelations.
