can you use copper wire to cast bullets instead of using lead?

So theoretically you can but you'll run into a lot of problems regarding getting good fill out, mold warpage, the. Expand price, the list goes on. The new alternative alot of people are trying is zinc

Buy Barnes copper bullets as they are top notch. TTSX are proven big game bullets.

you would need a different mold , an aluminum or brass mold wouldn't take the heat and wouldn't be sized right even if in cast iron to make the bullet the right size

copper bullets are drawn and formed not cast
