Please share any not so secret booyah tips. I wanna make some.

Oxtail is important for authentic booyah. Needs to be cooked outside for sure in a huge scalding kettle over wood fire.

Poke around the Sobieski/Pulaski area and keep an eye out for Bernie's Booyah to Go. He cooks at a few different locations, but home base is Kroll's bar in Sobieski. He'd probably give you some tips, and you'll get some great booyah as a control sample.
