Here's a pic of my starter...it's ready to go !
Fed it last night ..around midnight
Going to put the goods together after lunch...then bake tomorrow..

Sourdough pretzels the day before yesterday. Sourdough bread today.

What I miss are my grandpa's sour dough pancakes , it's been close to 50 years since I've had them last .
No I don't have any starter , I understand that makes it even more difficult ha ha
