Not positive but that might be the Wilson bear snare thrower made by the late Dave Wilson of Maine

It is the ADAX 12 originally sold by Wildlife Control Supplies. It was a partnership between Alan Huot and Kurt Beauregard
Was replaced with the WCS bear snare when the partnership broke up.

No wonder I thought it looked so familiar. WCS has been like the sears and roebuck catalog for a while now.
