I woke up and am healthy, what more could I ask for?

The new hens are starting to lay eggs.

I hit a new deadlift PR last night.

I’m happy my 2nd ex is a bad shot and I had a fresh pair of boxers to put on this morning.

By golly I worked with a fellow who's wife caught him "inflagranti" with another woman and shot him in the leg while trying to kill him. He was happy she was a bad shot.

Got my old dodge running this weekend, getting ready to start cutting and hauling wood for the winter

Caught some crappies this morning.

Daughter's getting married in a couple weeks and things are falling into place.

I'm happy that Hal thinks he doesn't suck.

I have an unexpected but paid 6 day vacation from work starting tomorrow.

I'm happy I wasn't fishing with Kevin and his 'neighbor'. I would have been too busy 'sight seeing' to fish, and the wife would have had a royal fit,

New boy! Healthy harvest! 13’ sunflowers

No time to fool around with a with a newborn in the house and bow season on the horizon. Finished off my fish harvest for this year. Put 45 out of 60 in the yeti35. Probably caught 35+ on poppers. Fish tacos for days.

I find it a bit embarrassing when the person behind me helps pay for my groceries because I don't have enough money. Great thread, everyone!

Months ago tore part of my hamstring lose from the bottom of my pelvic. Couldn't drive more than 10 miles and had to get out and walk awhile. It is starting to heal, free from pain now when I drive. REAL JOY and thankfulness.

Caused a problem to three lower vertebrae favoring my hamstring and woke up one morning about 3 weeks ago and couldn't walk because of sciatica nerve pain. Now, just getting to where I can walk with a bad limp but they are healing with therapy. That is Joy, Thankfulness and a New free feeling. Starting to catch up on my nuisance control work. Need to careful when your 80.

Well here it is, dinner time, and I'm still happy. But I know there were others that did not embrace joy throughout the day. They were not happy.

I think we can be happy that they are regulated to their ghetto of sadness while the rest of us enjoyed sunshine and flowers.

The jury is still out on how happy I am that she is starting school. But she seems to like it, so that helps.

Woke up again this morning to the sounds of roosters crowing and corn growing. Have a country route today absent of beach traffic. Wife is still in love with me. Kids all have jobs. Weather looks good for the show tomorrow night.
