For this Friday whats it, I bring you a picture of two similar pointy, thin, knife like metal farm field finds. Each has a off center hole on the end. Found these while metal detecting. What do you think they are?

What is the width and thickness of the pieces? The piece on the left appears to have beveled edges, and depending on size may be strapping nailed to the top board on a wooden wagon box.

They kinda look like the old guides for a sickle (with the hook rusted away).

Not sure how a pair of southern combs got all the way into your neck of the woods.

You know they're southern combs because of the lack of teeth!
