I dont take the time to wax my traps. I'm thinking of greasing the pan pin to fight the effects of freezing.

Thoughts?

I should mention I'm a coon guy so I dont think scent will be an issue.

Use a drop of glycerin, it's a basically odorless antifreeze.

My buddy the Muskrat gave me this tip. Just use one of those wax carpenters pencils on the trigger. Works good on the BG trigger system.

Hmmm. Good idea. I'm assuming youre refering to a lumber crayon .
