Buddy of mine said it's just a big paperweight. I think it's a gem and would look nice in my office!

Don’t use it but I have an Underwood typewriter that I’m not sure what to do with. I like it because I also have an Underwood M1 carbine.

There was a local news story here a month or so ago about a guy that fixes up old typewriters. He stays
fairly busy as people are collecting them more as antiques and novelties. I wonder what high schoolers and young kids think of old typewriters. Probably think people were pretty primitive 50-100 years ago...

Every time I try to use a computer to write something my kids laugh at my frustration. I threaten to find a decent workable type writer.
