Couldn't sleep.

Couldn't sleep. - 05/23/18 12:30 PM

So, I got up at 4:30 and drove the 4 blocks to get to the Mississippi River. Caught 3 nice walleyes from 15-19" and was home and had them cleaned before the garbage man showed up at 6 a.m. It sure is peaceful fishing while the rest of the city sleeps!

my hero, you'd have to take the lugnuts off the truck and use em for sinkers to get the bait in front of a walleye here and he better be quick.just means better fishin later i guess.

Lots of everything from southern Iowa on up. Terrific crappies, bass, musky, walleye etc. but don't tell anyone.

Nice!
Love Walleye fishing in the river here.

PCR, i'd have lost a bet on which side the divide Potter was on. Always guessed water went to the Susky but see Potter is half-n-half. Learn sumptin everyday.

The city of the Cloud never sleeps! Your hobbie fishing at 4:30 a.m. is
merely a secret window for sportsman activity.

Judging by your fry pan, looks like you were hungry keeping those 13 inchers! Lol

The city I live in, in Elk county sits right on the divide. My pee at home goes to the Mississippi. Go to my friends house 1/4 mile away his goes to the Susqy.
