Has anyone used one of these for coon? If so how well do they work? I need to catch as many coon as possible in a night with limited amount of live traps.

Since nobody responded, I'd say looking at the video that those look like very happy farm cats, not feral, and not raccoons.
Seems like a neat concept but bet coons would be out in a hot minute, plus at some point the bait or attractiveness of the set would be overcome by how many are in the trap, while raccoons can be found in large groups in betting your not going to see what they are portraying here from these happy go lucky well fed kitties.

Just my .02, I'd hang set more typical cages versus the gimmick on this one.

The video he was playing at the NTA-convention showed the farm-cats, but it also had some footage of actual night-time
catches, One showed a feral-cat getting dumped in, then a little later a raccoon fell in also,
they showed the two of them cornered-off in each edge of the cage looking very aprehensive about each others company,

I looked the trap over pretty well as somebody Blakely knew was pondering buying one (I think he did )
and ot looks very-well designed, the only way a raccoon is gonna get back out is if it happens to be standing on its
back-legs when another drops thru the gate, even then there is not anything for them to grab ahold of to climb,

If I had a couple hundred nucks burning a hole in my pocket, and had an area to put it where theft was not a concern
I would certainly give one a try,, smile

Thanks for adding info dawgcatcher. Was thinking if trying for non littermate raccoons this might not be the panacea, but until folks try it and report I'll wait for more info.

Thanks for sharing!

It seemed like the ol' cat that was selling them had a sign up about the patent being for sale also,

maybe he was trying to get out of the business ?

He also had a musk-rat sized version of the same trap, with a block of floating foam you could set
the trap in and leave out in the pond,

Even though the craftsmanship put into the traps was flawless, (no sharp corners, everything plumb and square)
They still were very expensive, maybe would have better luck marketing them to the ADC-businesses

Have no personal experience with 'em, but saw them at the 2011 NTA convention and talked to the makers; they seem like an excellent product for a limited use. They are very large.
Ronnie Vincent in mid-Kentucky says he bought one or two; along with WCO work, he owns a coupla trailer parks. He's quite happy with the Repeater.
