hvtrapper OP trapper H Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 78 E. Iowa	Have only done one home with a slate roof and it was a PIB. Not sure I want to tackle another. Customer has offered services of a boom truck, so that problem is taken care of. Any info to share? Thanks Tom Walters

Peskycritter trapper P Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 30 south east michigan	I've never been on a slate roof , do the bats get between the slate , I know I've laid plywood for slate roofs it was 5/8 ply and very heavy for sheathing a roof hard to handle , the truss system was engineered heavy to , but other than that it was the same , or is a old system , I know I've seen some old cedar shake roofs that would be very hard to bat proof , funny how you can see right threw the roof but it's still keeps the weather out htt:// www.critterremovalmi.net Free Trapper
