How do you ADC guys handle jobs that are over 100 miles away? Where do you add the extra charge?

I do ALL The time........Did 362 miles today...And No i do not charge more because i am one of the more expensive guys....Sometimes i charge less then my usual fee to "Brake" into a `new market.......
I do try to "Group" jobs together to cut on cost.
Sometime it is cheaper for me to rent a room in the azrea.
I am currently looking at property down south to save on the motel and driving expenses as well as looking for a good operator that i can train......

We will do a decent bat job a couple hours away, but everything else gets recommended to local people. We have a list of our competitors and we can just about refer the whole state. We recently referred a job to Mike Flick, who posts on here quite often. We also charge more for a service call that's more than 10 miles away, and still more for one that's more than 20 miles away.
