No matter what part of the state I am trapping,I find the local oldies(60's)station.I listen both in the truck, and when I do my skinning. At home I have my old lp's and cassettes, really glad for them---as the twin cities does no longer have a real oldies station.
When trapping the north country--I sing on my line. I want the bears to know I am coming, and leave me alone. Now Mr. Spaceman goes well---but 8 Miles High is a bit tough.

One of the few things I miss about the the Cities is the wide variety of music it offered.

Things get a little tough Up-North in the reception department.

I seldom do not have music on. Even on-line I have tunes on. Radio headphones on when I am in my Loader at work.

Most would struggle in name that tune playing going against me !
Another good tune most have never heard !

Cory, used to win trivia contests all the time.Last one was on wcco, beat several people to win a pizza lol.
Over the years ,trivia has gotten me in to see--Johnny Cash,Paul revere and the raiders, Judy Collins and several other acts--if its 60's rock and roll--I know who did it.
Hedge hoppers anonymous ,had 1 hit in the mid 60's--What was it?

Radio stations here are great, with funny hosts.
http://www.power96rocker.com/

Another one just opened around last year and have been added to the radio favorites. I might make a few playlists on the iPod this year and have in the mobile, with some 80's classics.

Got country on all the time. Like the older ones but listen to most of it. If I don't care for the one playing at the time I just sing "Have you forgotten" bad voice but works for me lol. Tom

Very true!

I also like oldies, hairball 80's rock, and lots of other stuff. I try to listen to a bit of everything. Right now though I find my radio on the country stations most often.
