Thanks, would that work good on cats? Another question, say I had a hide I wanted to tan for my own purposes, could you take just a little more time and knife work and keep from pulling off the tips of the ears?

good video. down here if we dont do that you expect the stinking to commence in a day or so. been wondering how to remedy that problem when boarding up cats and fox. guess i know now.

Did that on my cats this year DCambell and it worked pretty well for me. I sometimes have to cut thru the cartilage at the tip to make sure I've got all the ear though. For fox I don't think it matters and perhaps it doesn't for bobcats either, but I just like to have that little end tuft on there.
