I have been approached by a large cabin rental company in Gatlinburg and they would like a proposal for me to trap coons. I have no idea where to start. Ideas please guys!

Keep it short and simple. Do a very brief statement of what services you'd offer, responsibilities you have, responsibilities they have, and length of time services will take place then include an estimate of the costs for those services.

If you give them too much information, you run the risk of them doing it themselves but by the same token, you may not get the job if you don't at least tell them what your plan is to resolve the issue.

X2. Keep it simple but make sure they understand exactly what to expect from you and you from them.... expectations, time line and estimate....good luck, hope ya get it!

Be very sure to include one short paragraph explains just who is responsible for the security of your equipment and the results if not compiled with.
