I just traded for a new in the box dozen white egg traps. They are in the original box with all the paper work and setter. The cables are in the box but have not been put into the traps. Are they old enough to be collectible and what are they worth. Thank you for any and all replies.

They are in the Andreski/Parr book $10-$15 and actually states minimum collector value. However, new in the box with all the paperwork I would say that would add some value.

Cumberlands currently has them listed on their website for $14.95 each or $145 a dozen

I would consider them an investment for the future. Keep them just the way they are with paperwork, etc. 20-30 years down the road, the value will have greatly increased because of the original box, etc
