He was one of my instructors at the 1985 FTA Trappers College, and I still have his book "Modern Snaring Explained" that I read from time to time. Still have the first pair of S hook tools I ever saw, Charlie Dobbins used them in a demo and I went to buy a pair from him and he was out and sent me to Dan who also had sold out but sold me the pair off his hip, first time id met either at the NTA convention in Tn. in '84. Loved the book as well. Not my circus, not my clowns.
