Any new ideas over the last year on successful hazing methods?

Just got a call from a potential client who appears to have a loafing area around his house. Couple times a week he has 10-30 Turkey Vultures hanging out in the trees around his house...sometimes on the roof..sometimes in the trees. Sounds like a good candidate for hazing or an effigy but he's not around enough to enforce a regular regiment. Sold my time to him as well as going over roosting deterrants intall on roof and chimeny but nothing really excited him.
We discussed lasers but being a mid-day loafing are I'm not sure they would be as effective as on an evening roost.

Thanks,
Chip

Persistent use of Pyro should do the trick. The key word here is persistent.
