10bands OP trapper Joined: Nov 2013 Posts: 2,692 Meridian, Idaho	Got it with a bunch of Vic 4s all for one good price. Finally got around to messing with it but when I set it the jaw drops right on the pan pivot. The jaws appear to be the right width for the frame but they don't arc enough to clear the pivot point. Can you fit #3 jaws in a #4 frame? Some kind of Frankentrap? Any ideas? Right side in these pics is slightly bent out. Left is pretty straight.

snakecollector trapper S Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 622 S.W. Oregon,USA	I would say that the jaws are from an Hawley & Norton. They have a narrower jaw spread than the Newhouse but the jaw length are the same, so they will fit in the base.
