So the coyotes and one big red fox have been working my hens pretty good for the past several months but always during the day when they are out free ranging. Well today I was finally home when the yotes came in, snagged one hen and took out for the garden. Me and the dog were outside a few moments later and he dropped the hen, she's fine thankfully. As I was walking my farm to set traps I busted him out of the brush, of course I couldn't get a shot not once but twice today. Lol. So I've got traps soaking hoping to nail em tonight!

Juvenile coon this am. Neighbors lost two hens yesterday to yotes as well. Let the coon go, put out a few more traps for the yotes. We'll see.....
