Had to vent a little.
Just spent 5 days trying to get a Cert. emailed by my agent. First person I talked to didn't do it. 2nd person who checked weekend messages didn't do it. Finally called after an out of state trip Tuesday to find there was no record of the request! Finally got someone in the office to send to client on Wed. only to get an email from said client saying the Cert. they got had expired 2 weeks ago! Grrrr! Finally, 3 calls and untold emails later I get a valid Cert. in the hands of the client and me for future reference!
Hope they had fun cashing my check a few weeks ago, it might be their last.

Bummer! Not sure who it is, but I've needed quite a few certs for various entities the last 5 years since we started and they have been same day or overnight nearly always. Have been impressed with that aspect
of Jim Pace's crew every time.

May not be a big deal to some, but inevitably the folks who want certs from you, generally in my experience ask for them last minute when they need them for your contract or bid by same day or tomorrow as they
didn't plan ahead, so that speed can be key to keeping on track!

Hope it wasn't them! smile

I have had insurance with Jim for 27 years or more and they have always been quite prompt with faxing Certificates upon request in a timely fashion.

No such problems as of yet and we have needed dozens of Certificates over the years.

Be sure to put a clause in your contract for big jobs to the effect that additional requirements/requests may be charged accordingly.

I'm sure it was a once in a longtime snafu then but WOW what a pain in the butt! Always been the simplest of requests and it seemed like no one could get it done. Luckily the client laughed at xpired cert. but I sure as (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) didnt.

Jim Pace has even called site contacts for me to adjust as needed so he clearly understands vs having me do it.
