I caught this mole yesterday on one of my mole jobs. I believe the color is referred to as piebald. I've caught a lot moles that have an orange tint to them in my area. I was told high iron content in the soil where I caught them. Anybody else got some different colored mole pictures?

I bet you could put that mole in the freezer and sell it to someone for a taxidermy mount of sorts.

Unfortunately, It was smelling pretty bad. I buried it where I caught it. I'll only have pictures unfortunately. The moles don't last long in the summer heat. I sure wish it was cooler out!

Moles creep me out. Weird animal.
