Thank you all who were involved in putting this seminar together. I just got home and thoroughly enjoyed getting back to it despite the hotel problems lol.

I enjoyed all of the presentations. As Jack said "search for the gem you want to take home."

The seminar was excellent. Eric did and out standing job. The speakers offered very good information that would easily help any business.
I have attended both the NWCOA and WCT this year and I feel the content of WCT's line up was more targeted to the WCO industry. WCT did of pest control operators an excellent speaker from Bell Labs. I feel as a whole Eric hit it out of the park. I had a great time seeing old friends and enjoyed the talks after hours. The round tables and evening classes were spot on. Granted the hotel had some problems but as a whole it was the seminar that was the star.
Excellent job Eric and great to see all my old friends.
