I love these calls. 3 miles north of our house so I'm there in 5 minutes. The raccoon is running back and forth on the bunkbed in

the kids room. After a minute or so he runs into the cage because I didn't leave him much choice. Now I promised the customer I

would find out how he got in but I lied. The customer was gone for 4 days but it looked like the raccoon had just got in the house

before I got there. Checked soffits, roof vents, downspouts, side vents, window wells, fireplace; not a foot print, dropping, urine,

or any other clue, inside or out. Absolutely zero damage. Maybe a zombie?

No doggie door? Then, I agree with rte. Kids brought it home.....or maybe even dad and he is too ashamed to admit it. crazy

Grabbed a sick coon in front of a house other day...5 min total time on job...easy money...but the coon smelled rank of febreze or something like it...looked normal just really dazed like he got a big squirt of air freshener in the mouth

Maybe crawled in thru the dryer vent and ate box of Fabreze?

Hi all I'm new to this site but have been dealing with urban raccoons for years and have had them go in an open door while people are going between the door and the car or between 2 people coming through the door 75 feet apart..in one case it was a little girl that came through the door after the coon slipped in the door between her and her mom...the raccoon decided to leave as the child came in the door and tore up her leg...I got the call just after they got her to the hospital.

If it has 4 legs and fur I can take care of it

Thanks Westcoast, that's as logical an explanation as I can find. Since it's so close, I went back the next day to be sure I didn't

miss anything that night. Couldn't find a thing. Too bad about the little girl. She'll probably hate raccoons forever.
