Do any of you guys charge an annual contract rate - residential or commercial?

By this I mean charge a flat monthly or annual rate to take care of mole, coon, skunk, armadillo, etc etc.

Pros and cons?

We do for pest control but I'm not sure how we would be able to come up with something for animals that was fair and equatable for

the customer and our company.

For moles I do

For skunks, coons, etc I can't see it being a good idea. If I get rid of a skunk it most likely won't reoccur the next year.

Moles and gophers do, and ground squirrels out here seem to bounce back. If you were doing land management for farmers I have done a lot of reading and I think yearly trappin is the only real pollution for coyotes

I hate coyote pollution too.
