I am currently applying for an Ohio Nuisance wildlife control license so that I can start working the field part time. I was wondering if someone here would have any advice as to were I might find generic contract forms that I could tweak to fit my needs. I was also wondering what insight you might have regarding the purchase of liability insurance.

As far as I know Christian/Baker and West Bend Mutual are the only two companies that have shown any real interest in liability for WCOs.

Be sure to incorporate that part of your business separately from the rest. At least do an LLC.
